Who we are
Bhoomi Enterprises is an excavation and earthwork contractor based in Navi Mumbai. We take on large-scale excavation, hard rock breaking, land development and infrastructure work for data centers, commercial and industrial developments, and government projects.
Most of our work is in Navi Mumbai and Thane, for EPC contractors and developers who need a crew that turns up, works safely and documents what it does. We bring skilled operators, a maintained fleet and daily reporting to every site.

How we keep sites safe
Every job runs under a site EHS plan, with toolbox talks every morning and daily reports.
Safety on site
- A site-specific EHS plan is prepared and submitted before work begins.
- Toolbox talks every morning cover the day’s hazards and controls.
- HIRA (hazard identification and risk assessment) is done for excavation tasks and shared with the client.
- Excavations and machine zones are barricaded and signed. Trenches deeper than 1.5 m are shored or battered back.
- Helmets, reflective jackets, gloves, safety shoes, earplugs and goggles are mandatory on site.
Quality control
- Soil conditions, levels and layout are checked jointly with the client before work starts.
- Levels and alignment are verified with total stations and auto levels.
- Backfilled areas get layer-wise compaction checks, with field density tests.
- Every stage is photographed for the client’s records.
Environment
- Dust is suppressed with water spraying in dry or windy conditions.
- Excavated material is disposed of as per project guidelines and municipal norms.
- Fuel, hydraulic oil and lubricant spills are covered by a prevention plan.
Documentation
- Work method statements, approved by the client or PMC before major activities.
- Daily progress reports, pre-start equipment checklists and machinery deployment logs.
- Joint measurement sheets and level records for billing.
